Jaycar 10µF 50V Low-Leakage Electrolytic Capacitor (RL6428)

Description

Jaycar RL6428 is a single 10µF, 50V low-leakage radial electrolytic capacitor with 2.5mm lead spacing.

Guide compatibility

The Raspberry Pi energy-clamp project requires one 10µF capacitor in its analogue bias circuit, alongside two 10kΩ resistors and an ADS1115 ADC.

Before buying: this is a polarized electrolytic capacitor. Install its positive and negative leads exactly as shown in the guide; reversing it can damage the part. The 50V rating is comfortably above the circuit voltage.
