Description
Jaycar RR0612 is a pack of eight axial, through-hole 47kΩ metal-film resistors rated at 0.5W with 1% tolerance.
Guide compatibility
The Raspberry Pi battery-monitor project uses one 47kΩ resistor together with one 100kΩ resistor for its recommended 9V battery divider.
Before buying: both resistor values are required. The values are specific to the guide’s 9V example; recalculate the divider before measuring a different battery voltage, and never allow the ADC input to exceed its configured safe range.
