Description

Seeed Studio SS101990028 is the SCT-013-030 non-invasive split-core current transformer specified by the Raspberry Pi energy-clamp guide. It measures 0–30A AC and provides a 0–1V voltage output through a 3.5mm plug, with its 62Ω sampling/burden resistor built in.

Guide compatibility

This exact voltage-output model is required by the energy-clamp analogue interface. Do not substitute the SCT-013-000 current-output model without redesigning the input circuit.

Electrical safety: clamp it around one insulated conductor only. Never clamp around a complete twin cable, perform live wiring work, or open mains wiring unless qualified and legally permitted to do so.
